An incredibly helpful way to maintain good mental health is through arts and crafts, allowing your imagination to flow! With more time at home, a lot of people will have had the capacity to take up new hobbies and pursue different talents. 🎨 ✂️ To encourage such creativity, groups have been providing online art classes and videos, as well as access to live streamed events, so people have the opportunity to learn new things. Arts for Health adapted their services by using digital methods to support around 160 participants with artist-led guidance and tuition resources. This meant that those who were benefiting from the course pre-COVID, were able to safely continue with their learning when the pandemic hit.
